I am extremely disappointed, The drills I received are in great shape the chargers look good, but I haven't been able to test yet. Unfortunately the product that I got was opened before. The box was poorly tapped back together and I am missing my favorite part the BELT CLIPS AND SCREWES . How can you fix this for me???

I wish they would make the charger multi-voltage. Almost everything is. I blew mine the first day when i plug'd it on 220v. Aside from that.... works!

Very happy with the like-new tools.\nIn addition to the specified tools, the seller ADDED AN EXTRA BATTERY WHICH WAS ALSO NEARLY NEW, according to its serial number. I tested the impact driver with a 1+1/8-inch diameter spade drill for wood. It took less than 5-seconds to bore a hole through a two-by-four block of wood. I have been using them regularly for several months with no complaints at all. The "brushless" feature makes the battery-charge last twice as long.

Impact driver lost power after one use and think it broke the chuck after removing a bolt. Started smoking like a chimney and didn't last a day. Drill however works fine but don't see myself buying another set anytime soon
